The Privacy Policy will apply when customers and other individuals provide personal information to CTJ or use CTJ’s services and products.

5．Provision of personal information to third parties

• With customer’s consent
• Mandated by laws and regulations of Japan or Thailand
• It is necessary to protect life, body, or property of a person and it would be difficult to obtain the consent of the customer in advance.

6．Provision of anonymized/pseudonymized information to third parties

CTJ use anonymized/pseudonymized information provided by third parties such as medical institutions, customers. The purposes of our use of such information include development of products, and preparation and analysis of statistical information. In addition, CTJ provide part of the anonymized/pseudonymized information in our possession to third parties. Anonymized/pseudonymized information we provide to third parties may contain the following information:

7．Management of personal information

In receiving customers’ personal information, CTJ will manage such information according to the strictest standards and take necessary safety management measures to prevent leaks, loss, or alterations.

Consignment of the handling of personal information

In providing products and services to customers, CTJ may entrust a part of its business operations to third parties to which personal information may also be disclosed to the extent required to achieve the purpose of the entrustment. In these cases, CTJ will implement appropriate measures in managing and supervising such third parties to safeguard the handling of customers’ personal information, including establishing agreements on the handling of such personal information.

8．Request about handling of Personal Information

In case of a request to disclose, correct, add, delete, stop using, stop provision to third parties or to notify the purpose of use of the personal information of a customer held by CTJ, or lodging a complaint, the request will be handled according to the laws and regulations as follows, within a reasonable timeframe and scope, after confirming that the request was submitted by the customer themselves.
